David has a unique experience of having worked on both the supply side and the procurement side for over 30 years in the business. His supply-side experience is in leadership roles, setting strategies and building programs, business development, and training and operations in the Facilities marketplace. He has over 20 years of experience in the GPO/Cooperative business space and was responsible for running a $115M business unit for a major manufacturer via cooperative contracts. Representing one of the largest national purchasing cooperatives in the country, he was vice president for Facilities Contracts.
David is passionate about the value of cooperative and GPO contract purchasing and how it can help grow your business. This passion is very evident the very first time you meet him. He looks forward to that opportunity!

Tara Adams Managing Partner
Tara has the unique experience of having worked on both the supply side and the procurement side for over 20 years in the business. Her supply-side experience is in leadership roles, setting strategies and building programs, business development, and training and operations in the Facilities marketplace. She has over 12 years of experience in the GPO/Cooperative business space and was responsible for running a business unit for a national contractor via cooperative contracts. She has also held positions in compliance and business development for a leading national cooperative.
Tara's passion is to help people, businesses, and agencies succeed using cooperative and GPO contracts. From training your team to explaining how these contracts work, whether virtual or in-person, Tara has the "knack" and relates extremely well to buyers and suppliers. She is a catalyst in the success of bringing together customers with suppliers that have been awarded these contracts. Heath Hinton Compliance Manager
Heath comes from a construction background and has previously worked as Construction Compliance Manager at TIPS national purchasing cooperative. Prior to that he was a construction project estimator with a large General Contractor which performed Job Order Contracts with the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) and the Air Force. His focus for FacilitiesConnect is to provide third party verifications to ensure that agencies and contractors with cooperative contracts are in compliance with their cooperative contract pricing.

Somer Scandridge Director of Marketing
Somer has 15 years of experience in marketing and will oversee the Marketing and Communications Department. She has a proven track record of administering online and offline marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Throughout her career, Somer has focused on the development, implementation and management of comprehensive projects which integrate content creation, public relations, social media, conference events, and more.
